What is it?

An intervention model for problem or crisis situations that arise during a project's execution.

What is it for?

• Projects are essential for a company to move its strategy toward the future it wants. Recovery makes it possible for a project to hit its expected results, reducing the negative impact of the problems it faced.

Why is it good?

• Troubled projects drain effort and resources, generate client dissatisfaction, and waste important opportunities — putting the company's medium- to long-term growth and survival at risk.

How does it work?

• Diagnosis: reviewing plans, status and indicators, identifying root causes and building a recovery plan.
• Mentoring and support: for cases where current management and the team have solid technical knowledge but lack relationship, leadership, methodology or project-management skills.
• Intervention: we take over project management and/or replace team members, until the situation is satisfactory to the client.
