In 1999, we founded the Bridge Partners Group in order to be the strategic consulting company of the Presstexto Comunicação group, so we started our dream of having a consulting company that was different from the others. 

Relations between the company, customers and teams were increasingly focused on accounting for hours demanded by customers and less and less on the value that was generated in the relationships between these forces. 

We remodeled our career concept by abolishing organizational charts. We transformed knowledge into tools and that was how Bridge Partners Group was born.
